Privacy
Proxaim sells GDPR awareness, so this notice is written the way we think privacy notices should be: short, specific and honest.
The free check and the audit. When you submit a domain, we fetch that website's public pages, record the domain and its results, and keep them to build our anonymised benchmark of professional-services firms. We read only what any visitor's browser or search crawler reads. We do not log in to anything, change anything, or collect personal data from the site beyond what it publishes.
The contact form. Name, firm, email and your message, used to reply to you and for no other purpose. If you become a client, your details move into our client records.
This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers or analytics scripts. That is not an oversight.
We process contact-form data on the basis of your request to be contacted, and benchmark data on the basis of legitimate interest in aggregate, anonymised market research. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time via the contact form.
Data controller: Proxaim. This notice will be updated with registered company details on incorporation.
